Everything at closing went great. Rhone was even well behaved. Most of the boxes are out and most of our belongings are in (well you know besides the ones that disappeared in the move). We are finally feeling settled in. It look longer than we thought it would especially with putting in all the blinds, curtains ceiling fans, and painting. My family has been asking for some pictures of the inside of the house so here are some of them. The bedrooms still aren't finished yet, so no pictures of them (our bed is actually on the floor still since part of the frame got "lost"). There are collages because I could do them without internet at home so hopefully posting will be shorter while I have internet. Don't forget to click and enlarge them.
I loved my free hand-me-down table from college, but not quite as much as I love our new tent sale find that seats 8.
The paint color is called "High Tea". It's different but I love it. Ben calls it "hippie paint" because it's the no VOC stuff and it really was odorless and we painted this color in 1 coat!
For using what we already owned (well minus the TV and the ladder shelf) I think it turned out pretty good- we still have a few finishing touches we need to do.

sorry about the double master bath picture
How fun to have your own home. I love the wall in the front room. The color is great. I bet Rhone loves the space to move around in. Hope the lost boxes get found!
You're house is beautiful!
How exciting! I love your house! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE your living room and the color you chose. We chose a color for our living room that's similar to that and it's such a warm color! Hope you're having fun decorating!!!
I love the paint color in your front room too! You guys did a fabulous job! And the curtains are so cute! Awesome job decorating!
Sweet TV, Darren will be jealous! I really like the bench as a coffee table. Plus I am glad that the table got some good mileage on it... Trust me it had plenty of years on it from before, I think we have picture of my high chair at it.
I really like the way you decorated, You did a fabulous job. now the only thing left is for us to come see it in person...
You house looks amazing! I think you definatly made the right choice not to buy a fixer upper, I could only wish my house looked that nice! Glad you are able to finnaly have a home to call your own :)
Oh my goodness. Your house is so beautiful. I'm so happy for you!!
Hey Meag!
This is the most I've seen of your true style. It looks very well put together and stylish. I think before now you were always waiting... and being frugal. Anyway I love it, the new mixed with the old. Congrats.
Katie
